Description
This Alexander model 107 dates from the late 1970s when Alexander/Meinlschmidt were using tryplen to make some of their rotors – (maintenance is just the same as any other rotary valve). This gold brass, lacquered horn is in good condition (a little evidence of repair and some minor dings) and just the thing to help with security of pitching in the upper register. With that lovely warm tone of gold brass plus a little help with accuracy of high notes this is an instrument well worth trying.
