Description
The Alexander model 97 is a single Bb horn with a built-in F extension.
Singles appear to be gaining in popularity again recently – or maybe it has always been so! Perhaps because they are light and make such a great sound. These horns are very versatile and used for orchestral and chamber music, as well as musicals and pop gigs.
This example is lacquered with a screw bell. It is in very good condition and the gold brass helps produce a beautiful, warm tone. It comes with a traditional Alexander screw bell case.
