This is a nice piece of history. A Kruspe single F with rotary valves and clock-spring valve mechanisms.
Unlacquered, with an engraved garland, this is a rather nice looking instrument. As it has been so loved in the many years since its manufacture years, the valves are a little low on pressure. That said, some oil that is thicker than you would used on a modern horn will help get the best out of this one. It is pitched low… at A425.
In any case, it will look lovely hanging on your wall with the rest of your horn collection!
