Paxman 40M

Description

This lovely Paxman model 40 alto horn (Bb/highF) was built in 1986.

Unlacquered gold brass with a medium bell taper to produce a warm yet clear sound, this instrument has been used until recently by a principal horn of a London orchestra.

This horn is in excellent condition and will be a very useful addition to your arsenal for those moments when a tricky high part gets put on the stand!

Comes with a screw bell backpack case.
