Wide Hand Hammered Flare with Garland (lacquered inside)
Out of stock
The lightest full double horn on the market? Probably!
Schmid horns are made with the highest levels of quality and care and designed to be light and comfortable to play.
This Schmid has been played former BBC Symphony Orchestra 4th Horn, Chris Larkin for a number of years. It is an unlacquered yellow brass instrument with a yellow wide hand hammered flare with garland and lacquer on the inside. Obviously exceedingly well cared for and in extremely good condition, we can’t think of any reasons not to consider trying this instrument if you are in the market for a top-level full double – especially one with all the low notes put in. The horn comes with a Bonna MB5 case.
