Holton made the very popular H378 model for the intermediate market, however many players find that they are happy to keep playing these horns to post-grade 8 level if playing in an amateur setting. Ideally suited to grade 4 or 5 and above these instruments are yellow brass with a medium taper, fixed bell and lacquer.

This particular instrument is in excellent overall condition with little evidence of any repairs. There is a small amount of de-zincification/red rot on the mouthpipe, which is quite typical in these models of instrument and won’t become a problem for many years. This horn comes in a Bags backpack style case.
