Description

The H279 one of Holton’s successful Farkas model horns. The screw bell version of this fixed bell instrument is now one of only 2 different brass colour/type combinations that make up Holton’s French horn range. The large taper is designed to create a dark, rich tone with the nickel giving the horn an immediate response. This one has been silver plated to make it extra shiny!

This particular example is in good condition with only minor scuffs in evidence.

This is a solid instrument to own and play, whether you are playing the solo part or beefing out the bottom notes!!
