This is a pre-1985 “old – style” Bb/F alto. These descants are the instruments that really helped cement the Paxman name and reputation throughout the world – and rightly so. Many a beautiful first horn solo has been heard on one of these.
This is an unlacquered, yellow brass, screw bell example. A classic model that plays very well!
Comes with a backpack case for easy travelling.
