This is a gorgeous Paxman Series 2 model horn most likely dating from the late 1970s. A testiment to its build quality, it is still playing beautifully with the classic, rich Paxman sound.
This is an unlacquered, fixed bell horn in good condition – perfect for taking a student through to music college or for anyone playing for fun – a step up from a regular intermediate horn – the Series 2 horns blur the boundary between student and professional models of horn.
It comes with a rather old fixed bell case, well adorned with stickers!
