A top quality Schmid Bb/Eb alto Horn.
Gold brass and lacquered, this has very high and spec indeed. Very light, very responsive and with a warm tone.
Unfortunately this one has suffered a little bit of cosmetic damage to the lacquer at some point. Almost certainly within a case where the foam has reacted with the brass. We are seeing this more and more at the moment.
This does not affect the playing qualities in any way, but does make the price slightly lower than it would otherwise have been. So this could be an opportunity to buy a top class Schmid on a slightly lower budget and gain all the benefits at a lower price.
