Description
This Schmid full double was a special-order nickel-free instrument. It has a sterling silver corpus, mouthpipe and bell and the rest is made from a mix of gold brass bows with yellow brass slide legs, stays and ferrules.
If you want to find a Schmid with the dark tone of sterling silver and none of the brightness afforded by nickel parts then this is the one for you!
This is a lacquered horn and has been fitted with a Klebsch strap with the removal of the finger hook.
This horn is being sold without a case.
