Description
Once again we have for sale a very fine Yamaha 664 – in such amazing condition for it’s age.
It is medium bore, yellow brass and with a fixed bell. The 664 was Yamaha’s intermediate level horn before the introduction of the 567 and was built in the 1980s.
It is a good practical instrument for students moving on from a compensating double, the left hand position will suit most players but will be too big for the hands of the smallest horn enthusiasts.
Perfectly capable of playing at grade 8 level and above. A good solid choice of horn, which coincidentally has a good solid case to match!
