Description
This is a relatively early example of an Alexander 104. Full double Bb/F with a stopping valve. It is unlacquered, yellow brass with a fixed bell and most likely dates from the 1960s or even earlier. With good valve compressions and in very good condition for its age, this horn has the modern additions of duck’s foot/flipper and adjustable finger hook. The horn comes with the original (or at least contemporary) Alexander case. Mostly though, and for purely aesthetic reasons, I am loving the hand engraved valve caps!
