We are now reopen and we are starting to repair while keeping as COVID secure as we can. At present we are in the London workshop every Wednesday and in ampthill the rest of the week.
To all professional horn players - as everyone gets back to playing if you have an urgent repair and you are worried about the cost, we urge you to be in touch to make a plan. The Alexander model 107X was introduced less than a decade ago. It was designed to make the switch between the Bb and F alto side smoother with a less noticeable difference in sound and feel.
Chosen very carefully by its owner, this is a gold brass, lacquered instrument with screw bell. It is in very good condition and dates from 2007. This horn has the additional bonus of coming with a very neat MB7 Bonna case.
A very classy Paxman 20L - handmade in England in 1980 when Paxman were at the forefront of new horn design.
