Description
The Paxman 25 is a dual bore F/Bb full double horn. The F side is 12.7mm bore while the Bb side is the normal 12mm bore allowing the player to move between the two sides of the horn smoothly with the resistance on both sides of the horn feeling more similar. This horn has a Europa bell taper – Paxman now refer to this as the ML bell size – sitting between the Medium and Large tapers.
This is a free blowing instrument made from yellow brass with a screw bell, lacquer and an extra flare. Light to hold due to the titanium rotors and in very good condition, this instrument comes with a Bonna case. What is not to like? Come and try it!
