Description
This Paxman model 60 is a Bb/Bb soprano horn with a stopping valve. This means you get your standard Bb horn and exactrly the same horn an octave higher!
This is truly a horn for extreme high register playing – making even stratospheric horn parts a fun challenge. It has been played profesionally for much of its life, though only ever as an occasional use horn, so valve pressures are still very good and the instrument is lively and responsive.
This medium bore, lacquered horn has a screw bell and is in excellent condition cosmetically. It also comes with an F basso extension for the open f horn notes
If you like to stand out from the crowd then this might just be the horn for you!
