Description
This is a rather wonderful piece of history – a pre war Alex 103.
Gold brass, fixed bell, unlacquered, mechanical action.
Still in reasonable playing condition – these Alex’s are much lighter than their modern day iterations.
Valve pressure is not high, but the horn still plays nicely. This instrument has been used in the London Mozart Players and most big London orchestras over the years!
