We see Paxman Academy doubles regularly but not like this one – it has been converted to screw bell and a has a top quality Bonna case to go with it making it very portable for players that need to be mobile!
A free-blowing full double this benefits from an adjustable finger hook and thumb lever.
The horn is generally in good shape and undented but the lacquer shows plenty of evidence of previous repair!
This would be perfect for a first double horn.
